b) For my lovely muse lilalanor who was all, "Of course Lestrade and Natalie know each other. They are BFFs.", and noodged me to actually write the bugger.  I've been needing/wanting to do so ever since "Deal" aired in August, and the sheer *meeble* of "Survivor's Guilt" sealed it.
